Returns

We accept returns for most items within 20 days of the delivery date, provided that the item is:

    • In its original condition (unused, unwashed, and undamaged)

    • Accompanied by its original packaging, tags, and any included accessories or manuals

    • Not listed as a non-returnable item (see “Non-Returnable Items” section below)

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Receive Authorization: Wait for confirmation and instructions on how to return your item.

    1. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely and send it to the provided address. Please include a copy of your purchase receipt.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.


 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

    1. Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, cancellations may not be possible as the order may already be processed or shipped.
